What we do
Mangyans for Peace and Sustainable Development (MPSD) is an Indigenous-led initiative advancing land security, cultural continuity, education, and sustainable livelihoods for Mangyan communities in Mindoro and abroad.
Ancestral Domain: Protection and stewardship of Mangyan ancestral lands through mapping, land claim support, and community governance.
Education: Indigenous-rooted learning, cultural transmission, and youth development grounded in Mangyan knowledge systems.
Livelihood: Community-based, sustainable economic initiatives supporting local crafts, agriculture, and enterprise.
Culture: Preservation and revitalization of Mangyan traditions, stories, language, and intergenerational wisdom.
